Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (“KLK” or the “Group”) is proud to announce the renewal of our sponsorship for Malaysia’s national badminton mixed doubles pair, Goh Soon Huat and Shevon Lai, through 2025. This renewal reflects KLK’s continued commitment to support local sporting talent and fostering national pride.

Since 2023, KLK has been a proud supporter of the pair, who have made remarkable strides on the international stage. In addition to renewing their sponsorship, KLK has extended support to their coach, Teo Kok Siang, ensuring the team has the resources to excel in the coming year.

As part of this partnership, Goh Soon Huat and Shevon Lai will also serve as KLK Brand Ambassadors for DavosLife Science products, including DavosLife E3 Complete Tocotrienols and Revive Skin Care BeauE Collagen.

Securing funding and meeting our tournament commitments has been a significant hurdle. KLK’s unwavering trust in our potential, regardless of outcomes, has been empowering. This partnership has not only boosted our confidence but has also provided us the stability to focus on our performance and represent Malaysia with pride.”

Looking ahead, the duo shared their ambitious goals: “Our immediate target for the PETRONAS Malaysia Open is to advance to the quarterfinals. Beyond that, we aim to refine our performance, maintain consistency and break into the world’s top five rankings. In 2024, we came close to securing a Super 1000 championship title in China but narrowly missed it. For 2025 we are motivated to achieve that milestone.”

KLK looks forward to celebrate more milestones with Goh Soon Huat and Shevon Lai as they continue to thrive and make Malaysia proud in the 2025 season.
